Victoria Live is an independently developed, pre-launch AI project and functioning private-beta prototype. It integrates model inference, third-party voice synthesis, video-avatar technology, and persistent context into one conversational experience.
The project is in iterative development. Access is currently private; latency, interruption handling, and session reliability are active areas of improvement. This page presents the project, not a claim that a commercial service is already generally available.
